Jeremy Jones, 27, and his father were driving motorcycles Saturday evening at approximately 6:45 p.m. on State Route 23 when Jones exited the road and hit a tree and fence post. He was not wearing a helmet and was transported to Cache Valley Hospital, then airlifted to Ogden Regional Medical Center. Authorities are investigating whether excessive speed and possible alcohol use contributed to the accident.
